(1)適應(ying)性強。適應(ying)性即(ji)所謂的(de)(de)(de)柔性,是指數(shu)(shu)控機(ji)(ji)床隨(sui)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)對(dui)(dui)象(xiang)變化(hua)而(er)變化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)適應(ying)能力。在數(shu)(shu)控機(ji)(ji)床上改(gai)變加工零(ling)(ling)件(jian)時(shi),只需重新編制程(cheng)序(xu),輸入(ru)新的(de)(de)(de)程(cheng)序(xu)后就能實現對(dui)(dui)新的(de)(de)(de)零(ling)(ling)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)加工;而(er)不需改(gai)變機(ji)(ji)械部(bu)分和控制部(bu)分的(de)(de)(de)硬件(jian),且生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過程(cheng)是自動(dong)完成的(de)(de)(de)。這(zhe)就為(wei)復雜結構零(ling)(ling)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)單件(jian)、小批量(liang)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)以及(ji)試(shi)制新產(chan)(chan)品提供了極大(da)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)便。適應(ying)性強是數(shu)(shu)控機(ji)(ji)床突(tu)出的(de)(de)(de)優(you)點(dian),也是數(shu)(shu)控機(ji)(ji)床得以生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)和迅速發展的(de)(de)(de)主要原因。
(2)精(jing)度(du)(du)高(gao),質量(liang)穩定(ding)(ding)。數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)是按數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)形式給出的(de)(de)指令進(jin)行(xing)加工(gong)的(de)(de),一(yi)般情況(kuang)下工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程不(bu)需(xu)要人工(gong)干預,這就消除了(le)操(cao)作(zuo)者人為產(chan)生的(de)(de)誤(wu)差。在設計制造數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)時,采(cai)取了(le)許多措施,使數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)的(de)(de)機(ji)械部(bu)分達到(dao)了(le)較高(gao)的(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)(du)和剛(gang)度(du)(du)。數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)工(gong)作(zuo)臺的(de)(de)移(yi)(yi)動(dong)當量(liang)普遍達到(dao)了(le)0.01~0.0001mm,而(er)且進(jin)給傳(chuan)動(dong)鏈的(de)(de)反向間(jian)隙(xi)與絲杠螺距(ju)誤(wu)差等均(jun)可由數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)行(xing)補(bu)償,高(gao)檔(dang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)采(cai)用光柵尺進(jin)行(xing)工(gong)作(zuo)臺移(yi)(yi)動(dong)的(de)(de)閉環控(kong)(kong)制。數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)的(de)(de)加工(gong)精(jing)度(du)(du)由過(guo)去的(de)(de)±0.01 mm提(ti)高(gao)到(dao)±0.005mm甚至更高(gao)。定(ding)(ding)位(wei)精(jing)度(du)(du)九(jiu)十年代初中期已(yi)達到(dao)±0.002mm~±0.005mm。此外,數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)動(dong)系統與機(ji)床(chuang)結構都具有(you)很(hen)高(gao)的(de)(de)剛(gang)度(du)(du)和熱穩定(ding)(ding)性(xing)。通過(guo)補(bu)償技術,數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)可獲(huo)得比本身精(jing)度(du)(du)更高(gao)的(de)(de)加工(gong)精(jing)度(du)(du)。尤其提(ti)高(gao)了(le)同一(yi)批零(ling)件(jian)生產(chan)的(de)(de)一(yi)致性(xing),產(chan)品合格率高(gao),加工(gong)質量(liang)穩定(ding)(ding)。
(3)生產效(xiao)率(lv)高(gao)。零件加工(gong)所需的(de)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)主(zhu)要包括機動(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)和輔助(zhu)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)兩(liang)部(bu)分。數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)主(zhu)軸的(de)轉速和進給量(liang)的(de)變化(hua)范(fan)圍比普通機床(chuang)(chuang)大,因此(ci)數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)每(mei)一道(dao)工(gong)序都可選用有利的(de)切(qie)削用量(liang)。由于數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)結構剛(gang)性好,因此(ci)允許進行大切(qie)削用量(liang)的(de)強(qiang)力切(qie)削,這就提高(gao)了數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)切(qie)削效(xiao)率(lv),節省了機動(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)。數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)部(bu)件空行程(cheng)運動(dong)(dong)速度快,工(gong)件裝(zhuang)夾(jia)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)短,刀具可自動(dong)(dong)更換,輔助(zhu)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)比一般機床(chuang)(chuang)大為減(jian)少。
數控機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)更換被加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)零(ling)件(jian)(jian)時(shi)(shi)幾乎不需要重(zhong)新調整機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang),節省了(le)零(ling)件(jian)(jian)安裝調整時(shi)(shi)間。數控機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)質量穩定,一般只(zhi)作首(shou)件(jian)(jian)檢驗和工(gong)(gong)序間關鍵尺寸的(de)(de)抽樣(yang)檢驗,因此節省了(le)停機(ji)(ji)檢驗時(shi)(shi)間。在加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)中心機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)上(shang)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi),一臺(tai)機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)實現了(le)多(duo)道工(gong)(gong)序的(de)(de)連續加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong),生產效(xiao)率的(de)(de)提(ti)高更為顯著。
(4)能實現復(fu)雜的(de)運動(dong)。普通機(ji)床難(nan)以實現或無法實現軌跡為三(san)次(ci)以上的(de)曲(qu)(qu)線或曲(qu)(qu)面的(de)運動(dong),如螺旋槳(jiang)、汽(qi)輪機(ji)葉片之類的(de)空(kong)間(jian)(jian)曲(qu)(qu)面;而數控機(ji)床則可實現幾乎是(shi)任意軌跡的(de)運動(dong)和加(jia)(jia)工任何形狀的(de)空(kong)間(jian)(jian)曲(qu)(qu)面,適應于復(fu)雜異(yi)形零件的(de)加(jia)(jia)工。
(5)良好的(de)經濟效益。數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)雖然(ran)設備(bei)昂貴(gui),加(jia)工(gong)(gong)時分攤到(dao)每個(ge)零件上的(de)設備(bei)折舊費較高(gao)。但在(zai)單件、小批量生(sheng)(sheng)產的(de)情(qing)況下(xia),使(shi)用(yong)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)可(ke)(ke)節省(sheng)劃線工(gong)(gong)時,減(jian)少(shao)調整、加(jia)工(gong)(gong)和(he)檢驗時間,節省(sheng)直接生(sheng)(sheng)產費用(yong)。數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)零件一(yi)般不需制作專用(yong)夾具,節省(sheng)了(le)工(gong)(gong)藝裝(zhuang)備(bei)費用(yong)。數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)精度穩定,減(jian)少(shao)了(le)廢品率(lv),使(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)產成本進一(yi)步下(xia)降。此(ci)(ci)外,數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)可(ke)(ke)實現(xian)一(yi)機多用(yong),節省(sheng)廠房面積和(he)建廠投資(zi)。因此(ci)(ci)使(shi)用(yong)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)可(ke)(ke)獲得良好的(de)經濟效益。
